I don’t know why lost voice alarm not heard any sound I need solutions about this problem

yesterday I received my package and I didn’t like how it arrived. This package was open.it doesn’t seem fair to me because the machine is not cheap I give them less than one star.

Will start off by saying I ordered the 1 Oximeter + 1 Adult Probe + 1 Infant Probe, but received 1 Oximeter + 1 Adult Probe.They say that this product can work on your smartphone through the app HeathTree, but looking at the app store, the reviews are not great and who likes having to download an app for everything these days? To record your data you have to use the app while using this product. I will say, however, that the integration between the app and device was very seamless. I just had Bluetooth enabled and it was able to detect the device after refreshing the availability. It had no issues reconnecting either. With the app, you can link it to your phone's health app.The included charging cable is pretty short. Wish it was longer to make positioning the charging base easier and not have to be so close to the charger. I do like how they used USB-C so if you have your own USB-C cable that is longer it will be compatible. It did come with a dock and silicon protector. One feature that I glossed over when ordering and even when reading the manual is that the dock comes pre-installed with amagnetic USB-C connector. Think something similar to the MagSafe of Apple laptop chargers. That is an interesting choice to include and I have mixed feelings about it. The conclusion I have is that they did this to help extend the life of the device by not having to plug in and out a cable over and over again. The magnetic connector to me is in there pretty good and does take some effort to remove. If you need to charge the device without using the dock you may need to spend some time to remove it.I found the readings on this device to be comparable and within the margin of error. I did find the pulse sound to get annoying at times, but glad there was a dedicated button to toggle it. The menu and controls are pretty basic but do the job.I really liked this product and it impressed me.

I liked that it was ready to use out of the box.It Wasn’t hard to use, the device connects to WiFi easily for me to use the app which was awesome. The reading on the pulse oximeter did change as I used it, also whenever I moved around.Not sure on the accuracy of this device. You’re also able to turn off the sound from the oximeter.
