High quality printing and thick lamination; just what we needed. Rolling in the reverse direction worked to flatten them. Use serious adhesives to put them on drywall e.g. Miller Studio mounting tabs like teachers/classrooms use. 3M restickable doesn't adhere to the laminate. The different posters on the reverse side were a nice bonus.

Fantastic for all of your in home gym needs. Very durable and easy to understand. They are double sided so you’ll have to choose which workouts you do the most and have those shown. They come laminated right out of the box so you don’t need to do anything except pick your workout and get to it. Best bang for your buck in your home gym!

These have been very helpful. They should be single-sided, though. We attached them to the wall in our home gym and they help us think of additional exercises we can do with our equipment.

Clear and well illustrated for all your exercises. Hank behind the door and easy to get out of closet and follow the pictures.

3 stars because its double sided so you cant hang them on the wall or you can't see both sides. I'll have to order a second set.

Good wall posters

Nice quality, but impossible to frame! They're double-sided, so mounting them was a pain. I used magnet frames, flipping them as needed, but the magnets slip because they're laminated. That's the trade-off for using both sides, though. If you only need one side, they're perfect, five stars! But I had to buy extra frames.

Ideal for starting out to build fitness levels. Pack contains 4 double sided exercise diagrams that also indicate muscle groups worked.

Good quality laminated prints. BUT…It has both sides printed so you can only use one side at a time which is kind of dumb. I want to put these permanently on my wall but now I would have to purchase a second set just so it can show the other side. Maybe that’s their trick for an additional sale?
