Bought as a present for my son and his cat. Much as I love them it was getting to be a bit of a strain having to go round twice a day if he was away. With this I do the morning visit, giving her wet food and lots of cuddles. He sets the feeder to give her an auto dry food meal for her supper.He said that she quickly got used to her food being delivered this way, and using one of her normal bowls to catch the pellets helped.It is a solid machine, can't envisage your average cat being able to push it over. The food reservoir is very large and has a secure screw fit lid.You can vary the portion size to suit you and your cat(s).He also says that the phone app to schedule feeds is easy to use and works well. Very handy if he has to work late, or something unexpected happens.Has proved to be an ideal present for us all.

Works well and easy to set up. Gives added peace of mind as you can check on it while away and know that food has been dispensed. 5l capacity is good for longer trips away from home too.

Very well designed. App is excellent. Scheduling is amazing. Let’s us sleep in in the mornings. The only negative is that the smallest amount you can choose to dispense is 10g which is a lot if you just want to give your cat a snack

Bought this as I'm away from home for four days. Second day away and it's failed already saying it's blocked, clean immediately. It I was at home to clean it, I wouldn't need an auto feeder. An auto feeder has one job, this one isn't up to it. So now my cat has no food for three days thanks to this useless hunk of junk. Will return it when I get home. Garbage.

I bought this so we could leave the cat during the day and perhaps overnight some time without her going crazy and starving. It's fixed the starving part at least. The portion size is just a handful but you can tell it how many portions to release at one time. You can schedule it with the app, which is very easy to use and install, and I had no issues with it at all. The posts on it being late to tell you when it is low are true, it basically tells you once it's empty, not when it's low, but there's a little window to easily see how much is in it. I read a lot of reviews of kinds with varying prices, and ended up with this one as it has the app that will let me reschedule if we're away. We haven't been yet, so I can't tell you how the connectivity is, yet so far, we've loved it. And the cat is really used to it.

The PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder does an okay job, but there are several areas where it could be improved. The hopper could benefit from being larger to hold more food, making it more convenient for extended periods. Additionally, it would be better if it came with more than one bowl, so one could be in use while the other is being cleaned, providing a more hygienic feeding routine.The app that controls the feeder is somewhat annoying to use. It requires you to click “save,” which is hidden at the bottom of the menu, instead of autosaving changes when you click back, leading to lost settings on occasion.Furthermore, the feeder comes with a desiccation bag that only lasts two weeks, and the app constantly prompts you to replace it. This feels like an unnecessary expense, and I’m not keen on paying for replacements frequently.In summary, while the PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder works adequately, it has several drawbacks, including a small hopper, single bowl, a cumbersome app, and the bothersome desiccation bag replacement reminders.

TLDR; get the 5G WiFi Pet Feeder with APP Control model.I have a kitty with an eat disorder. He will gobble everything in one go if allowed. Now that he gets several small meal throughout the day, his appetite is smaller and he's less stressed about food. In fact, sometimes he leaves uneaten food in the bowl!I initially bought the base model. I strongly advise upgrading to the 5G WiFi Pet Feeder with APP Control. Setting the schedule is much easier with the app, plus you get more than the 6 time slots the base model only gives. I also like that I can set a different schedule for the weekend, allowing me to sleep in without a hungry kitty harassing me to get up. It also has a higher capacity, so it doesn't need to be refilled as often.One con is the app doesn't work across multiple devices. I prefer to use my ipad, but it would be nice if I could check in using my phone when away,Apart from that, cat approved!

We have had this for more than a year now and it still works perfectly. It's easy to set up, manage cat feeding preferences and troubleshoot. There is also a backup battery incase there are power issues at home. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

I was really excited for this purchase but the device doesn’t connect the internet no matter what we try. We even reached out to my internet provider who said the feeder was showing up on our network but the feeder itself was saying it is not connecting. Their customer support replied immediately the first outreach, then when we replied back we received no answer even when we tried emailing again. The lack of support and wifi connection earned it 1 star :( We will most likely return it.

El alimentador llegó en muy buenas condiciones y en tiempo. El producto es bueno. Es fácil de lavar, fácil de instalar y fácil de programar. Ya funcionando, trabaja sin problema alguno. Tiene opción de alimentación programada o manual a través de la app o desde el alimentador. Envía alertas programadas. En mi caso lo utilizo para mi gatita. Específicamente para control de alimentación y peso porque está esterilizada.Desde el punto de vista de mejora, al comprar nosotros croquetas pellet de 5mm, el peso del alimento que dispensa es de 15g por lo que (por indicaciones) solo podemos darle 65g al día. Esos 5g faltantes terminó dándoselos en algún momento del día, pero si me gustaría que para el aparato vendieran aparte un dosificador para comida y snacks, es decir que pudiera dispensar 5g y 10g y 15g para pellets de 5mm ya que con eso puedo darle alimento en el transcurso del día en pequeñas cantidades para controlar mejor su apetito. Fuera de eso, el aparato es un 10/10.
