Good suction, lightweight & easy
Absolutely love this. Have waited a month before reviewing.Suction: it does the job for me in high traffic areas around my house. it senses when it’s in carpet or floor. On carpet it automatically goes to the high setting. don’t expect it to suck up everything. I use mine on wooden floors, Lino, tiles and medium pile carpet. I also have a shag pile rug I use it on and whilst I can hear that it picks up bits, due to the pile, I just prefer to run my normal, more powerful hoover over it.It won’t pick up stones and the such, but it’s perfect if your general dirt consists of crumbs, dust, and the like.Lightweight: extremely lightweight, easy to use and glide about the house. The handheld bit that comes off is also lightweight and easy to use. Brilliant for hoovering skirting boards effortlessly.Battery life: dependant on the setting you use. Our house is a small 3 bedroom, all carpet upstairs, all flooring / tiles downstairs. I manage to hoover my whole house in around 15 mins and the battery just about makes it. Thats with high suction setting upstairs and low suction setting downstairs. I’m not sure on charging times but I have used it again around 3 hours later from flat and have got another good run out of it. Sock fluff stuck to a carpet can be troublesome but a few concentrated runs over it and it will come up.Other: the charging base is easy to use. It’s neat and compact. We keep ours behind the dining room door. The handheld is brilliant for stairs.Easy to empty. I note also that there are spares readily available (filter and housing replacements)I’ve probably used my standard hoover twice since getting this. This is perfect for quick & lower duty clean ups. As it’s only myself and my husband, it’s perfect. Would be ideal for anyone with mobility issues handling heavy hoovers.Overall I’m really impressed.

Greatly surprised.
What a fantastic little hoover this is! I had read many product reviews, and didn’t want to spend too much as I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use it. I have now had this for a couple of weeks, and i use it all of the time cleaning up after two children, three cats, two dogs and a husband. Very simple to set up, extremely easy and lightweight to use on any of my tile, carpet or rug surfaces. I am thinking of buying a second one to keep at hand upstairs. I would normally hoover at least once a day with my Henry, but now perhaps every other day as I use this little thing so often, as it is so incredibly practical. Having the charging station is great - I particularly wanted this, due to ease of charging. No messing with cables means that I find this hoover simply effortless. Good suction, good capacity size for what it is, good battery time, and all over great product! I obviously can’t compare with other more expensive models, but for the £96 that I paid, I am very happy that I didn’t buy a more expensive one, as I can’t really see what drastic difference there would be with my satisfaction in the product. My five year old pulls it out to hoover up easily. She has dropped it on a few occasions but no cracks or breaks. She has even hoovered up a long string which caught in the turning head, but again, no problem as this pulls out easily for untangling. In all, I can’t say that I have any negatives, for the price compared to others, and for what it is intended to do, I think it is fab!!!

Good machine, check it's right for you.
Have had this for some time now and here's what I think:GOOD:- Very powerful machine with enough battery to get the job done.- Portable, quick and easy to use. Just grab and go. Makes it much easier to quickly clean.- Extending nose useful for getting into small gaps and cleaning the stairs and along skirting boards a breeze.- Upright part is feels nice to use, twists and turns into gaps and under furniture- Easy to empty- Sturdy construction (except the charging stand)Not-so-good:- The dustbuster needs to be docked inside the upright part, which in turn needs to be docked in the charging stand. It's not possible to charge the dustbuster unit by itself, and keep the upright part in a cupboard, so you'll need space for the whole lot near a socket.- Charging stand has flimsy and non-replaceable charger lead. They could have just made this a detachable DC power supply connector which could connect to either the the charging stand, or directly to main unit, but they haven't, which makes it a little inflexible, and more difficult to replace if the lead gets damaged. (Say, if you want to keep the unit to hand downstairs, but have the rest of it upstairs in a cupboard.)- Upright unit sometimes doesn't dock correctly in the charging stand. You need to make sure it's properly docked and pushed home, and the charging lights come on.- Unit is supplied with a brush attachment (for upholstery / curtains I think) but there is no stowage on the unit for this thing.- They've gone for a rather odd choice of one button for: ON (low power) -> ON (high power) -> OFF. So to get from low power to OFF, it is necessary to press through high power and then again for off. You do get used to this though.Overall, it's a good machine for the price, nicely made and easy to use. You'll need to look at the other models to see if this one is right for you, storage-wise.Update 30/09/2018: Still going strong - I just discovered that you CAN stand the unit up by itself, you have to "click" the handle forwards firmly so that the base plate locks in place, then it stands up by itself.
