In my 10 years of lifting heavy boxes and constant up and down bending and walking about 10 miles a day for work, I’ve tried a lot of different pain creams to try and soothe the pain. I really like this one because I feel it instantly. The tingling sensation that takes away the pain from work. I recommend this one for sure

Not worth the buy
For the price it’s tiny and the smell is so strong it’s overwhelming. Reminds me of “Tiger Balm” I’m a huge arnica fan I use the cream and the gel. I thought this would be great for targeting specific areas but the smell is so strong i can’t use it. Won’t be buying again.
