Helmet is lightweight , looks great and fit perfectly on my head. I was a little worried because in the specs shown that it 56-61mm or 22-24 inch. My head is exactly 22 inch or 55.8mm and it fit perfectly. Pairing with my phone and the remote was flawless. The speaker works and is loud enough for my commute with very little wind noise which is the reason I got the helmet. Sound quality for music sounds very thin with no bass. Sound quality for conversation is good on both sides. The turn signals works great with the remote. I only wished that the center light would have option to change flash patterns and light up brightly when you stop like the smart tail lights that's on my bike. Overall a good buy for the price and features this helmet has with a certified NT 8776 standard safety rating for E-Bikes

I originally gave this item 1 star, mainly because I was having problems with the Bluetooth. Well, found out it was my phone settings causing problems and not the helmet. This is a good helmet. The speaker is not studio quality, but they work for their intended purposes. This is my first time actually using a helmet with riding, but the helmet is pretty comfortable. And I can’t knock this item for not having a front light or mips. I knew that when i bought it.

overall, not a bad helmet. I did buy it for the features, and it being cheaper than some other options. The helmet, especially the plastic in the front seem cheap. but the helmet itself, seem decent quality. The speakers get the job done, its nice to be able to hear your music, make calls etc. Dont expect quality sound from this, but honestly, if the sound quality was better, with deeper sound, it maybe more distracting, and riding a bike, you need to stay somewhat alert. The sync with your phone is really good. I have an iphone 13, and being about to use blutooth, I can open apps, check the weather, make calls, check email, listen to my music, podcast, whatever hands free. just keep your phone unlocked and let siri do the work, all hands free. Alexa works just as well, with music. Making phone calls is pretty good too. The wind block isnt bad. The people on the other end can hear me fine, even going 15-18 mph on an ebike. however, there is nothing blocking the wind in your ears, so hearing them maybe hard. one thing to remember, you have to tune the volume up on your phone as well as the helmet. The lights on back are nice, but to use the blinkers, make sure you keep the center light on, without it, it will be harder for a driver to know what direction your turning, all they will see is a blinking light. in the dark, they wont know if its the right light or the left light if the center light is not lit. i rode my bike almost thirty times before i had to recharge. thats about 200 miles.

Poduct was a great buy. At its low price it exceded my expectations.

The reviews really don't do this justice. It's a great blue tooth Helmut, the sound is clear and it syncs up super easy. It's really a great product reasonably priced.

After less than an hour of total use, one of the LEDs in the center light (tail as opposed to turn) had already failed. Another reviewer accurately rated the Bluetooth audio quality as poor, and I will add that the volume levels are all over the place. "Turn (left/right) beware" is super quiet yet "Power On" and "Bluetooth connected" are deafening if you are already wearing the helmet. Don't even bother trying to listen to music. To call the sound "tinny" is a compliment. Needless to say, it's going back and I'm getting another brand. I'd rather have MIPS than audio even if it was crystal clear.

Several weeks ago I was hit by a car while riding my bike. So that meant the helmet I did have and loved I could no longer wear. So now I was on the hunt for a new one. I wanted to have lights in it and Bluetooth so I could listen to my music. So I ordered one. When I got it I couldn’t get it to connect to my phone or even their own app. So it went back. So I tried again ordered it. Said it would ship in 7-12 days. Couldn’t track the shipment. Contacted the company cancelled the order. Found another one ordered it but when I tracked it, it continued to show in fulfillment a week after I ordered it even though they told me I would have it in a week. Back to the drawing board. As I am looking again Base Camp pops up on Amazon saying you might be interested in this. Found the helmet I wanted. Ordered it and it was half the cost of the other ones. Which made me suspicious. Read all the reviews which were positive. I got my helmet in three days. I am amazed. The quality is excellent. It is so lightweight. Everything is already programmed. All you have to do is connect to your phone which took about 1minute. The bag for it is fantastic quality. They send you extra batteries for the remote. Nobody does that and the remote and charging cord are housed in a small hard shell case. So thank you BASECAMP for ending my search for my helmet. Your product is fantastic

Le main libre pour le téléphone fonctionne très bien. J'ai une trottinette électrique et à 30 km/hrs les gens m'entendent bien encore. Même chose avec la musique, même à cette vitesse j'entends bien ma musique. Les commandes vocales sur mon téléphone cellulaire captent du premier coup. Le fini du casque est très bien il est sobre et ne semble pas de piètre qualité. Je le recharge au trois jours et il n'a jamais manqué de batterie

I watched the review on this helmet and decided to give it a try for my eBike. It arrived and I wasted no time diving in to check it out. Out of the box it was very well packaged. It had a very nice quality bag to carry or dry the helmet after use. The Bluetooth worked like a charm and so easily. The handlebar remote works very well and is responsive. Great sound from the helmet speakers but you can still hear the road and your surroundings but it does cancel out a lot of white noise, I'm quite impressed. Included, along with the helmet and the bag, was also a very handy carrying case that included an extra battery for the remote, a screw driver to make adjustments, as well as instructions. You can easily see that the company favours safety over anything else but the look is still sharp and comfortable. Great job!

Great item and safety features. Bluetooth works great and love the turn signal lights. Plus great air flow in the helmet.

The fit is flexible. The comfort level is nominal. The Bluetooth pairing and set up process was straightforward. Simply press the power button on the front of the helmet in order to turn on the Bluetooth feature. Locate the helmet using your Bluetooth settings on either android android or iOS by selecting settings, connectivity or Bluetooth and searching for your desired Bluetooth headset helmet. Instructions are straightforward and simple to follow. In the box, there is one helmet, one manual one USB cable, one secondary handlebar remote, which allows the person wearing the helmet to control the volume playback and turn signals, which are located on the back of the helmet. A great concept the helmet itself supports communication on the go, unfortunately indoors and away from any disturbances I found the helmet itself to be quite tinny and hard to hear. Outdoors with traffic, wind, and other noises provided by a surrounding landscape/cityscape may prevent you from clearly hearing Directions from either maps or someone at the other end of a call. Otherwise, this helmet does well at its primary function. Keeping the writer safe! There is a small variable where comfort may be an issue for me. The helmet itself feels a little snug from back to front. Adjusting the strap at the back allows for some adjustment however, it does feel a little snug from back to front. As always, it’s easier to fit a helmet in person, buying online does not give me the direct information as it applies to sizing and other product variables. Products for biking and most outdoor sports require a precise fit. Updated review notes, five days later. Placing the helmet in a safe location, I pick up the helmet to use it only to notice that the adjustable strap on the back has lost its adjustment plate. It’s sitting on the shelf beside the helmet. I can’t blame the strap or the clips; it just fell off. The material the helmets made out of is good quality and I believe it will do its intended task, but the strap losing its clip has me a little concerned. From from left to right two tabs hold it in place and those tabs have slipped. Unfortunate; this manufacturing process could’ve been made a little more durable. Disappointing!

I just finished a 2 hour ride and I am really impressed with the helmet. It fit well and the ventilation was good. Nice quality straps on it as well. The bluetooth linked up with my phone in no time at all. The speakers were loud enough to still be able to hear approaching traffic and enjoy the music at the same time. When using the turn signals there is a repeating warning that is a bit annoying but they did work well and were simple to operate. Overall this helmet will be the helmet I use for all my rides in the future. Hopefully the battery in it will last a long time because it can't be swapped out for a new one.
