This is a line filter not a voltage booster. It also doesn’t work in the way you are thinking based on how the question is being asked

You would need an electrician if it can even be installed in the radio. Typically LED lamps do not cause electrical interference unless they are either very cheap knockoffs that are poorly designed or on their way out. In either case they should be replaced with a reputable name brand bulb.
