i just received these earbuds and i already know the problem. These earbuds use a little lipo battery and lipo batteries dont like to be discharged to 0% and not suffer a long term effect. around 20% is as low as they like to go and they prefer to sit at 80% for along time. Storage charge is 80% both the case and the earbuds arrived with 0% charge. This will be a problem long term. If i get them going ill update this review.I received them october 23rd today its 31st so after a week of using them they sound really really good, they arnt overly bass heavy or harsh on the top end. If you just want a cheap set of wireless earbuds for music they sound good. When i received them both earbuds were fully dead and the case battery was also fully dead NOT GOOD they could of fixed this by placing a small sticker over the contacts of the earbuds so they dont sit on the shelf discharging. I have other earbuds and they all have a sticker over the contacts to prevent this issue. Once i got them charged the case batery will only charge to 80% and it wont go any higher. Ive since replaced the case battery but it wasnt easy.So far the battery inside the earbuds seem to have survived and seem to be ok but long term they may fail quick. Second these are wortless for making calls, they sound like your trying to talk with a pillow over you face. The only reason i got these is because they were only $10. and they look really cool the white and green LEDs are pretty cool looking to my eye.I feel there are better options for the price.

After 6 weeks I have to wait about 2 minutes for audio to start; connecting to same device every time.If I hadn't had 'em so long, I'd return 'em.
