does what its designed to do
work well for the task purchased for happy ate the quality and cost delivery was good if I wanted to be critical I felt the button to collapse the Shape could do with a stronger spring but should this become a issue I will sort it a modification

Sturdy
folds down nicely, sturdy when in use. As others have poinetd out, the scales are printed rather than etched into the metal. Maybe long term they might rub off but otherwise cannot think of anything else to say.

Folding Metal Square 600mm
I liked the large size, as it help me with the framing for decking and also for building a shed.Best part is that it folds away into a nice straight ruler form and also comes with fabric case.I would recommend it if you do work with timber or framing.Because it folds, I would think that its not accurate as a sold triangle since there is movement and flexibility at folding hinge. But was good enough for my outdoor projects.
