After contacting for installation to Reach - they sent us installation boy and the boy was quite nice and quick in work and checked the full product thoroughly if there is any defect. The installation boy was on time too. No issues so far with the product.Good luck with buying.

Review after using for 10 days. Taken 1 hour in assembling, unhurried.What I Liked:1. All major items came pre-assembled.2. QR Code gives you Video of how to assemble the balance items.3. Required tools given.4. Strong construction. Looks like, it would last long without giving any trouble.5. Small footprint, so occupies small space. (Of course, all similar models are the same size)6. Call to Local Assistance, though not used for assembly, promptly attended.What I did not like:1. The Digital Meter is somewhat confusing. The numbers keep changing fast and is difficult to understand what you are reading. The Leaflet that came with the meter further confounds you. I guess that this meter is a Chinese make and the English in it gives you no clear meaning. The Cycle manufacturer should have got this Re-written in simple English for making life easy.2. The Booklet that comes with the cycle is far below good standards of presentation. Specially illustrations.3. Somewhat costly.

I was not hoping this fast delivery, so it was surprising to receive the cycle within very short period. I am an engineer so assembly was easy for me but for other people “Reach Air Bike” should keep nuts in small packets and put stickers on packets where these nuts should go. Cycle is sturdy and build quality is good. Although seat has cushion and its wide enough but still it was hurting after 30 minute, may be because I am not habitual to sit on a cycle seat. Manual and assembly instructions are of no use. They are printed in very small size and you can’t understand anything after looking at assembly instructions. Reach Air bike sent me a YouTube video which was good. Digital meter is of no use. Readings of calories burnt and distance covered are all wrong.Final conclusion is that it is a good purchase. Sturdy and silent cycle. Light weight so easy to move. Belt tension adjuster is good. Go for it.

Take a break and start cycling.It has a meter that is provided which shows calories burnt, time spent while cycling and distance covered.A resistance meter is also attached to make cycling easy or hard to peddle.Support contacted through whatsapp just before delivery and informed that number is added for warranty period. They also shared a video for installation. It takes 40-50 mins for unpacking and installation.

Found Fiber/Plastic body parts damaged at multiple locations. Also one paddle nut was oversized, one I was able to install. Also the Quality team of the company needs to see that 1 paddle is left rotation tightening and other one right rotation tightening. Seat is somewhat comfortable and is useful for you only if you are more that 5'1" tall as the seat height can not be further reduced. The back support is as accessory, no need to buy it as you won't be able to lean back so much while paddling. Multiuse spanner will not be much of the help for you, nor would be manual of installation, however you can install it with a bit efforts. My suggestion would be to install the equipment in following steps:1. Prepare sub assembly of seat and back support (still if you go for).2. Install floor supports.3. Install Paddles.4. Install top handles and tighten them.5. Install the sub assembled seat on frame.6. Lastly install trackometer. (Ironically trackometer also came without cells 😂)Paddling mechanism and display of calories button or distance moved time of cycling etc are good features on display, however the calibration the instrument is I am not relying on to.Update on 7th December: Technician visited at home without follow-up and replaced damaged parts of the airbike.

The product was delivered as promised by Amazon and was installed by the technician. The technician arrived as per the agreed time and assembled the product. I have been using the product for 3 weeks now and have no complaints whatsoever.
