An old PSU was failing and making a horrible high pitch squeal. This was an affordable replacement.

It reduced my power bill a tiny bit, and it powers my components well for overclocking my GPU and CPU which are demanding for mid to high range overclocking. It doesn't weigh much, it's amazing price for the value, it has a high wattage of 850 which is more than enough for a 14th gen intel CPU, or a 4070, 4080 super, and 4090 (maybe on the 4090 unsure but def the 4080 super and 4070 will work great with this), and it supports 7 SSDs, and 1 HDD I have installed (3 nvme 3.5 terabyte total, 3 internal ssds with sata connection 750gb total, and 1 HDD 2 terabyte total) as well as 9 fans, a 360mm aio cooler, and a z790m micro atx motherboard, and a rtx 4070(upgrading to 4080 super soon) thats how powerful this is it can power all these components with no issues or instability and it's newer and supports PCIE 5 for future proofing. Overall id recommend you get it. It's affordable, and high quality at the same time. It's design and appearance are cool, but my case hides it so that didn't matter to me much. I don't have pictures since it would be annoying right now to take it apart in my case. Sorry.

I have to stand up for Corsair on this being an atx3.0 PSU. One of the cable ends splits into two pieces so you can connect to your latest and greatest graphics card. It isn't well documented in any of the literature and I had to go online to get this info. If anything Corsair did a bad job of getting this to the consumer with no documentation in the box on this. Mine is quiet and does it job well. Z690 aero g Ddr4 2166 I5-14600k Gigabyte 4070ti super. So I am oversized on wattage need maybe this is why. I don't doubt some people's noise complaints, but perhaps they're running unit maxed out???? Not sure.

Purchased for my new AMD 9800X3D build which I plan to use with the newly released nVidia RTX5070Ti, this should provide more than sufficient power for my rig. I would caution those planning to go for the new RTX5090 that for that configuration a 1200w or 1000w (min) will be needed. I am impressed with the quality of the unit and the classy cabling which meets all my needs and more. Very quiet in normal operation.

Excelente fuente de poder, silencioso, se escucha el viento soplar, sin ruido eléctrico, trae conectores hasta para equipos antiguos y mas modernos, tornillería suficiente para un ensamble, lo volveria a comprar para más proyectos.

Works well

Pagué poco menos de $2000 por el modelo de 850w. Excelente compra, buen diseño (aunque no se ve en mi gabinete), no coil wine. Le puse un cable de cablemod para el puerto de las nuevas tarjetas gráficas de nvidia y todo bien hasta ahora. Actualización: Tras 4 meses sigue sin detalle alguno. Funciona perfecto con el cable CableMod PCIE 5.0 conectado a una 4070ti.
