Q: Im 5'8 pre pregnancy weight was 147 now 34 weeks and over 200, what size should i order?

I would consider a medium. I am 5'7 prepregnancy I was 185 when I went into labor I was 215. L/XL fit for the first week and a half and then it was too big. I would opt for the smaller size so it will work longer.

Q: How tall is the band? Most binders seem to be about 9" tall but this one looks like it might have extra height?

The band width itself is 9" tall. My wife has a long torso. Because of the dual-adjustable velcro tightening bands, my wife was able to"fit in" everything she needed to. We have tried other bands with previous pregnancies (3) and this is by far her favorite. We are thinking about getting pregnant again, just so she can use it again. Lol... just kidding about the last sentence. But if you want a dependable product that week work the best at an affordable price then this is the one.

Q: For how many months can this band be worn?

You can probably wear it as long as you want, I wore mine for 3 months. Only because my belly was still out. You'll notice that you'll need to pull it tighter as the months go by and you lose weight.

Q: im almost a yr post pregnancy and delivery - 8/9 exact date of delivery and I am wondering if this will be effective?

I would say yes, I'm 7 months post delivery and this feels good to wear, my body came pretty much back to "normal" however, my core muscles got weak or lazy, and I need to remind my body to keep a better posture and push the stomach in. With the baby I have no time to exercise. Just consider that this is not very good to wear under your clothes, cause it will be noticeable, but it's very supportive/sturdy at the same time you can adjust the level of tightness and make it comfortable
