Excellent product
Does exactly what it says, waterproofs the fence. We can see a huge difference, when it rains, between our fencing and next door. Fantastic product, not cheap, but don’t let that put you off, it’s brilliant. Very easy to apply, dries in no time, looks good and is definitely worth the money.

Roxil fence waterproofer
Never heard of it or used Roxil before it is absolutely brilliant really soaked into the wood and waterproofs it and the sprayer is well-made and good quality

Difficult to keep clean.
This was the treatment my garage door suppliers advised would be the best protection for long life. It's very easy to apply either with a spray gun or a brush if you prefer. A word of warning it is silicone based so once it's applied you may have a lot of trouble if you wanted to.paint it or stain it down the line. Two years on the wood looks ok however it didn't get 5 stars as mildew etc seems attracted to it and even Roxils own cleaner will not clean it.

Easy to use in electric pressure sprayer. Good coverage. Bit sticky when cleaning up but if it does the job that’s fine.
