Easy to handle for home bath cleaning assignments!

I borrowed a fiberglass sousaphone from a local middle school to use while playing with a pep band playing at games for a local baseball team. The horn was a mess from multiple parades, rides in the back of pickups and time spent resting on oily pavement. As you well know (or I do anyway) this is the rule rather than the exception with these musical instruments. I was looking around for something to scrub off the oily scuff marks on the horn when I came across this product. Interestingly (or not) the fiberglass on sousaphones is very similar to the material that boat hulls are made of, as is the problem with oily scuffs and scratches. I bought these and used an all-purpose household cleaner to scrub this grime from this bad boy. The horn is old, so it doesn't exactly look like new after being cleaned. However, the improvement in the appearance is REALLY AMAZING. If you you don't happen to have a sousaphone, you may want this to clean your tub or shower. The kit comes with three scrubber blocks which use a hook and loop setup to attach to the handle to facilitate firm scrubbing without a whole lot of excessive effort. The material is similar to other commercial scrubbing "erasers" but the handle makes the job a lot easier. Highly recommend.

These are not good for boats as my father-in-law realized the work well for cleaning, but when you have a wooden boat and don’t want to destroy the protective coating, these are not for you they’re a little two course these are more for aluminum and metal boats where it doesn’t matter if it’s course or not because it’s not gonna cause much damage, but this will cause quite a bit of damage to any water, seal protection, that you have on a wood boat or the fiberglass boatsjust keep in mind. Yes, you can use them on the wood boats and fiberglass boats. You just can only do light scrubbing.

Disclaimer: I'm not using these on a boat but on a fiberglass camper. Personally, I don't think the erasers are thick enough on this product. Or maybe I ask too much of these sponges? I would much rather use the full size magic erasers. Again, maybe these are perfect for boats, just not campers.

This works great on our pontoon boat. Easy to use and durable. They have lasted almost a year. Very easy to use with the handle. I would recommend these.

I am really into these handled scuff erasers. While made for use on fiberglass boats, they work well on other surfaces too like tile, porcelain, and painted stairs. The handles make it easy to direct cleaning power in hard-to-reach areas. They wear out pretty fast, so I save them for stubborn scuff marks that cannot be removed with other cleaners. Be sure to read the instructions because these sponges are not made for use on every surface.

I Tried this out on my jetski. I have quiet a few scratches ting up to a wharf. This easily removed, the light scratches. But it can only do so much, I did not expect it to do anything to larger and deeper scratches. The trick I learned messing with these pads are to keep them wet and do not use a lot of pressure. Take your time with light pressure. It even polished the chrome trimming nice and shinny. It took the mildew right out of the seat. Looks like I purchased a new seat from a distance. My plan on reusing the handle if I can not get more sponges is to just hot glue other sponges to it. Didn’t work at all. I can get better results from a $$ store off brand Mr. Clean White sponge
