These are easy-to-take capsules, probably good for digestion. I do take other pre- and probiotics occasionallyAt $25month, I wouldn't take it without some clear test saying I needed thrive specifically.The one caveat I have is that the description says they're safe for children. A medical degree isn't necessary for us to know we should consult a doctor, especially before giving supplements to children.
