My wife bought these pans - she bugged me about them for ages but because they're expensive, I wasn't sure. Eventually I gave in and we bought them.At first, I was amazed. Everything she said about them was true. With very little butter I could fry an egg and it just slid off the pan.The next time I used it though (about 2 weeks later), the egg starting to stick. I added more butter but it made no difference.I'm a heart patient so the idea of saturating the egg in oil was a no-no.Suffice it to say that the egg was half burnt except the yolk.It was the same for all the pots and pans which we had bought as a set.My wife wrote to them to complain - they just told us we were using the pans incorrectly???! How do you do that?In frustration, my wife gave up. She was disappointed....and embarrassed.I keep needling her to write to them again - she's says, 'What's the point?'I've taken the executive decision to throw them out. Going to try another brand - hope it's a better experience.
