Always Discreet Adult Diapers were an absolute lifesaver for my postpartum recovery! I bought these along with the Frida disposable underwear (which ripped on my first wear), and I’m so glad I did. The absorption is incredible—I felt dry and secure even during the first week or two of heavy postpartum bleeding. They fit comfortably and true to the size chart, which made it easy to find the right size. I also loved that the sides are easy to rip when it’s time to change, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. In the first few days, I layered an extra-long pad towards the back for extra protection while lying down, and it worked perfectly. An absolute must have during postpartum!! If you’re dreading using these because they’re diapers, “USE THEM”!! They are amazing and it does not feel like you’re wearing a diaper, but you can feel comfortable and safe because there is NO LEAKING!!

I have stress incontinence,cough,laugh, sneeze kind so I have tried multiple pads and panties. THESE are the best, soft and fit like real panties without those tutu ruffles or the thing like elongated crotch. Thank you always for getting it ❤️

They have very strong smell to them. As if they are scented? Using them for surgery recovery and they work great. Just scented

I got this for afterbirth. I loved it it was super comfortable and I would recommend it to anybody. I sized up from my normal size that I would wear in traditional underwear. This is just super comfortable and is a must for postpartum! You could not tell you were wearing it under clothing, they're also was never a smell.

I’ve been hospitalized several times and these are very handy to have during recovery. Absorb well, and comfortable.

After trying several different brands, I settled on this one for my 98yo mother. She had been using Poise incontinence pads inside regular panties, and that was no longer sufficient, especially at night or on first rising in the morning. The full panty is much better because it offers 360-degree coverage. Absorbency is good; she changes them a couple of times per day, or as needed. They look enough like regular panties that she doesn't mind them, and they do not show under pants. They are stretchy enough to be moldable to different body shapes, but I do think they run a bit small; my mother is a small hourglass overall but has a round/protruding tummy--since these panties are full briefs, she needs to be able to pull them up over her tummy, and I've found that sizing up to the Large is best for her. I've put these on subscribe & save for her so they are automatically delivered to her assisted living facility, which is great because I used to worry about her running out if I didn't bring new supplies by at the right time.

I got these for my menstrual cycles for during the night or if I am just staying home for the day. I really love the comfortness and that there’s even a little cute bow in the front. However, these are heavily scented in my opinion. The package doesn’t say anything about this. Mixed with period contents it is a horrible smell.
