After years of working from home i was getting fed up of sitting on a basic chair and needed to upgrade, since changing over to this chair i have noticed a huge difference in both my comfort and the aches and pains after a full days work which have almost disappeared.It comes in a few pieces which need to be assembled together to create the chair itself but by following the instructions included you can put it together in less than half an hour and is really straight forward.It has a more cushioned than most of the others i have seen around which was one of my main reasons for choosing it as well as having a head rest and is fully adjustable on the height, recline and stiffness.only improvement i would have done is an additional footrest, but i can get that separately anyway so it's not a deal ender.
