So simple, yet so effective...
Combined with the zello app, and a pair of bluetooth airbuds and you're all set for point to point PTT communication. 5 Stars.

Must have accessory
A great PTT button. I bought this to pair with my B-Tech UV-Pro handheld radio. It works flawlessly every time. It makes using the radio on my motorcycle so much easier.

PTT Button
First, it works really well with the BTECH radio. Super easy to pair. Second, it only comes with a Velcro strap to mount on handlebars or whatever else you might be using this for. Third, the battery life is not great. It appears to go through it quite quickly. Fourth, the battery is an odd size. While I understand the need to make it small, sometimes it’s more convenient to use a more commonly used battery size, e.g. CR2032. So I’ll need to keep a stock of these batteries for this PTT button only. This is the main reason I gave it a 3 star rating. Otherwise, the price is a little high under the circumstances.

Works great with BTECH GMRS-PRO radio!
This little BTECH PTT button bound without difficulty to my BTECH GMRS-PRO radio - more importantly it stayed bound. I had previously tried the PRYME brand BT PTT but that button would not stay connected and would time out and shut down, after a few minutes of inactivity. This one is going strong and stays connected throughout the day. The wireless button is a great addition to the headset and BTECH GMRS-PRO RAM Mount I sourced on etsy, and makes operating the radio, hands free, an absolute pleasure. One minor issue is the difficulty in opening it up to change the battery, that twist-off cover is on there pretty tight and difficult to grasp - I'm concerned I'll break it, trying to service the battery. Strap is just the right size for its intended purpose (i.e. handle bar mounting) and fits great on the brake toggles of a Paraglider/PPG wing.

Poor Range. 2 foot line of sight.
When it works it’s great but it’s the weakest Bluetooth range I’ve seen. My buddy and I both bought one for our radios and if the radio isn’t directly in front of the button and 2 feet or less it either won’t activate the ptt or it’s very glitchy.

Device works great! Couple quirks
I use this for a GMRS-PRO. It was quick and easy to connect. It even works most of the time! By that I mean if the radio is on my belt, and I feel like responding and radiating myself, sometimes it doesn’t activate the radio. This is probably due to the grounding water filled being it’s attached to, or the signal is just too weak, since my Bluetooth headset works just fine. With that one exception, I’ve had no issues using it.It comes with a very short Velcro strap. It’s too big to fit on a finger, works across 2 fingers. Too short to work as a bracelet. If I were any normal person I could strap it to my watch and it’d be fine. I tend to wear button up long sleeve shirts, so it’s a little too big for that. The button is decently large, easy to press. A bicycle or steering wheel it’s easy to attach to. I have not had any battery issues yet, but have only had it for a month. Still going strong.

Could NOT Open to Install Battery
Why would one want to buy a device where is impossible to change the battery? Me neither! If I ever get it open, I will update this review. I think that I will need to use some specialized watchmaking tools that I normally only use to remove certain types of watch crystals. Given that not everyone has this capability, I rated this as 1. And, I am a big guy - 6' tall, 270 lbs. - and until last year worked out quite a bit.BTW: The provided strap is not long enough to go around my wrist, although it will go around my steering wheel, crutch handle, etc.BTW: According to the instructions, this will not work unless the Bluetooth headphone/microphone is installed. I have not tried this yet, as doing so would require instillation of the battery.

Just what I was looking for
The BS-22 is what I've been looking for. Remote PTT and will work with my Airpods Pro. Easily paired and worked the first time. I was worried about the pair button being the same as the PTT but once paired it worked fine. For those of you who don't like the strap you can replace it with one that will fit around your arm. You can get the velco at Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart. I don't like how hard it is to replace the battery. I tried with just my hand but couldn't get it. I'll try by putting a piece of tape around the unit, so I won't scratch it, and use a pair of pliers. It's nice that they supplied another battery but that just tells me they will be drained fast. Overall I like it.
