I haven't even used the cheese press yet and I am loving it. I have to work a music festival next week but afterwards I plan on hitting the cheese making hard just so I can put the cheese press to use. Very nice press.

I didn't have a press before. I borrowed one with screws and how do you know what weight? So this new press is helpful. Lining up the lever in the slot for it is sort of tricky as it seems too short. Centering on the top of the mold with the small foot is not easy either. I underestimated how much real estate I would need to drain whey, but just about everything cheese related needs some kind of improvisation. The drain boards are kind of slippery, but whining aside, it seems like it will last a while and has pressed 3 cheeses so far, and that is what it is built for.
