Almost everyone in my extended family develops Type II diabetes with age. When I saw my blood sugar and hemoglobin A1C rising to the upper end of normal, I cut out all refined carbs. But after awhile I began to crave an occasional bag of chips or cookie or ice cream.I began testing all the low carb versions of these treats on the market and discovered these chips. They are only 120 calories and so satisfying. Unlike regular chips, I don't develop low energy/cravings for more after eating them and my blood sugar doesn't rise.These work so well that I bring them along to parties in case there isn't enough healthy stuff for me to eat.They aren't cheap but as I buy so little in the way of low carb snack foods, I stay well within budget buying a case of 12 every two weeks.The taste is excellent compared to most low carb chips, there is no aftertaste, and there are no chemical/bad ingredients. Highly recommend this product.

These are very good, and they satisfy the need for crunch. The flavor is good, although milder than typical salt and vinegar potato chips. The size of a serving is reasonable. I find this works well to replace chips with a let bread sandwich for lunch or as a light snack between meals.

These are really really good! They are not brittle like Quest protein chips, they are crunchy and delicious and pass for potato chips. Highly recommend.

Hear me out, first I was disappointed because I am searching for that strong vinegar- salt healthy alternative to potato chips. After my second bag and pairing with cottage cheese, these are an excellent medium for eating chicken or tuna salad, even ceviche ( pictured here). Bottom line, eating it by itself Meh, but use instead of crackers or corn chips to eat your favorite foods truly elevates the flavor to a 10.

So good! I had been buying lentil chips. Tried these and immediately cancelled my lentil chip subscription and replaced it with these! Double the protein and tasty!The ranch flavor is not vegan :-( and the bbq might be too smelly so I’m sticking with the salt and vinegar. Not too sour. Just tangy enough to be interesting. Light and crispy.

I wanted to like them but they taste so bad and gave me terrible agida afterwards. The texture is like a crisp, thick communion wafer, but it dissolves in your mouth into a weird wet pile of mush. I gave them to other people and everyone had the same feelings.
