Holds good.. not too tight and not too loose. Not for women with a larger chest though !

I'm a 34DD. I purchase a medium dd in adidas sports bras. This sports bra is amazing for larger chests without an under wire. Straps are adjustable, perfect for extra support. Highly recommended.

I'm super picky about sports bras but I really like this one! It had full coverage and was very supportive once you change the straps to what suits your body. I took off a star because I found that the pads (on the inside of the bra) shift around after I wash the bra, so I had to constantly fix it before I wore it again.

Bra pads slide all around making the fit odd and makes your breast look weird
