SKLZ Unisex Gates Speed Trainer, Yellow

All things considered, these are very good timing gates, especially for the money. We've been using them for two years to record 40-yard dash and 10m fly times and they continue to be quietly impressive. You do have to account for their little foibles, though. For example, on very bright days or when the sun is going down behind one of the timing gates, you might find one gate doesn't properly register you passing through it. Also, rather than put the timing screen on the floor, we have a non-runner holding it, which seems to provide better reception. I've given them five stars because, although they're not perfect, they've performed way better than I expected for their price and they're still going strong after two years of heavy use. From what we can tell, they're pretty accurate, too. In truth, they have been an invaluable part of our training.

I bought this timing gate just over 2 months ago. Unfortunately, I was not able to test sooner on the track due to numerous injuries. Now that I've tested it, it just does not work. The timer starts ok, but automatically stops after about 1 second... and this has been happening repeatedly. Just for reference, the "Finish" gates are set up 30 metres away, so there's no way I'm covering that distance in around 1 second!!

These are a fantastic to use to record your players - athletes running times over a set distance. Very easy to set up and adjust without too much effort. Ive used them in my cricket sessions to record how fast my players run between the wickets. Very good value for money as they are well made too.

For the price I paid for this product, I expected much better. It works, just about. But it struggles to record time and I have to adjust the placings of the main console to ensure it captures the start and finish times. The main console is poorly constructed and I'm sure there is loose wiring in there. I have to take the batteries out after use otherwise it turns itself on. Overall, I am disappointed so far with this product

These worked reasonably well to start with but controller centre drains battery even when switched off. The start / stop gates have to be lined up really precisely with gaps of approx 80cm… more than 80cm and it fails to work. Having to replace batteries very often, and yet it mis reads. Not very impressed

These are brilliant. Takes a couple of attempts to suss out lining up the lasers etc. but they work so well. Easy to set up and take down. Mobile. Would highly recommend

Cumple su cometido perfectamente, es súper rápido de colocar y mide bien los tiempos. Yo lo uso para unos 30 metros y llega bien la señal, no he probado más distancia. La pantalla no es iluminada y en exteriores no se ve bien del todo de lejos. Buen producto.

Viel tegen. Klok loopt vaak door!
