So far so good, they appear good quality, don't smell, and don't stretch out. I'd have liked an even heavier option included in the pack, but that's just me.Was it worth the extra price over cheaper equivalents? No idea, i have not tried the cheaper equivalents. But I'm happy with these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great set for the price. The bar is solid stainless steel and heavy. I like that it can be assembled as a short bar (2 sections) or long bar (all three sections). The attachments at the end spin nicely and keep the bands straight, as you curl or rotate the bar in use. The bands themselves seem to be high quality and over a good range of strengths. The extra heavy means I have room to grow with this before maxing out. All in all, I think this is a great purchase.I do plan to buy a foot board to stand on and loop the band under, rather than standing on the band directly. I think this will make it more comfortable and keep the bands from rubbing against me in use. My only complaint is that the carabiners are a little slow to change bands and they sometimes get caught as I move, causing the band to "jump". I'm hoping the footboard will help alleviate that.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this resistance band set. The hooks on the pull-up bar are smooth and flexible, making it easy to attach and detach the bands during workouts. The bands themselves are strong and sturdy, providing the right amount of resistance for a variety of exercises. Exactly what I needed for my training routine!

I like kit but it's always been difficult to do any kind of heavy lifting - such as sqats on any variety of bands on the market that I've tried.Even with the supplied bar assembly, the verdict is the same. Maybe the TRIBE brand marketers will listen and make this suggested modification on their heaviest band, in order to make the set a more versatile home exercise tool:Currently all the band varieties in the kit, have the exact same lengths which are only slightly longer in length, to the bar assembly itself. If the X-HEAVY band was made to be about an extra bar length in length, the user could step into and stand on the band and mount the bar attachment on their shoulders and be ready to do some heavy squat lifting. In the current setup, the bar and mounted band practically hug each other, making it impossible insurt yourself in between the bar and band in order to execute any heavy duty squats.

This is a great system, I recommend it for anyone that likes to use the bands for exercise and for strength and stretching. Great Value for your money and the durability is a perfect ten!

These are an awesome quality resistance band set. I got the whole set with the bar. I use them at home off my squat rack, at work (I travel for work), and even on vacation. A word of advice; go ahead and get a 2nd set of bands only. For a complete workout, some of the exercises you will do require the same equal band on ea side. You can get by with just the 5 bands that come with the set, but if you’re serious about your workout and wanna expand the exercise possibilities, get an extra set of bands. These fit nicely in a small/medium size bag to take anywhere because the long bar breaks down into 3 - 13” sections! My bag is 14” L x 7” W x 13” H and it’s perfect for the complete set with long bar, an extra V shape Tricep bar and extra set of bands. I’ve also used the round bands and these are far better quality.

Too bad zero stars is not an option. Within less than 3 months of use, the HEAVY band snapped during a workout and the MEDIUM band had a significant tear (about to snap).Product has a 1 year warranty and all over the product page and their seller page they claim, "...if you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make sure you are a HAPPY customer." EXCEPT THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. No phone number, no email, nothing.I had to call in to speak with an Amazon Customer Service rep and they also did not have contact info for the company even though Amazon is listed on the product page as the go-to for Customer Service for this product. The best they could offer me was a one-time exemption to return outside of the return window WITH A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Unreal.TL;DR - Avoid this product like the plague. The bands WILL break with any degree of regular usage and there is no way to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.EDIT 07/28/2024 - Seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. Apparently, the way to contact them is through the "Message Seller" option on Amazon. I'm happy that they have honored their satisfaction guarantee and to have this resolved.
