I like not having a roll of paper to deal with

I do alot of baking and use alot of these. They do leave a residue on pans though.

This is great parchment paper. I use it for baking and now also for broiling and stuff like that- it makes clean up much easier.

I love this brand on the roll. It is heads and shoulders above the Beyond Perfect brown parchment paper with a serrated paper edge cutter that doesn't work. One tip to perfect cutting: Flip the roll over in the case, so it unwinds against the cutting side of the box. You will get a perfect edge cut every time! I prefer the white bleached parchment to the natural brown due to the bleaching process that sanitizes the paper stock (I worked in a paper plant for 4 years going to school) and if we had a cut and exposed it to unbleached paper stock, you wouldn't believe the sanitation we would have to go through...perfect width to go with the Reynolds heavy duty foill when I tent my BBQ ribs.Enjoy!

This parchment paper is easy to work with and cuts nicely

Better than Aluminum foil I want no metal against our food. Parchment is cleaner.All the foods I broil or bake is on parchment paper. Except when I have to tent a roast. I still tent a small parchment on our roast, then cover the with Aluminum, Not touching the roast.

Product is as described. It’s nice having the easy box to rip my pieces of parchment paper and to store it.It is so nice having such a large roll available instead of buying multiple rolls from other stores. I’ve bought this 2 times so far. It’s great for using with my sublimation projects.

Heats quickly and holds heat. Easy to clean

I use it cut as liners in bread pans, cookies and making wrap patties.

I will only buy parchment paper in bulk like this anymore. Buy it once, lasts forever. Nice size to fit on cookie sheets.
