I don't think it would be possible for anyone to put together a better introduction to culinary arts text book and study guide, unless the CIA refines this one further. A must have for culinary students and food enthusiasts.

I thought this would be a book for self study.Unfortunately it is not. It is a book you can use if you take the class.
