The machine works great and as intended. I’ve lost tons of weight converting to muscle and once you have toned your stomach to where you wish, maintenance is so easy. Jump on and in just a few minutes pump out 40, 60 or more reps at a time that you can feel from your upper diaphragm down deep into your inner groin.
