A totally useless and ineffective product
I purchased this product in order to remove thin layers of cement which had been left on paving slabs. Despite following the instructions meticulously, there was absolutely no improvement whatsoever. A total waste of money, as well as time and effort.

HG Tile Cement Grout Remover
I’ve never reviewed on Amazon using images as I’m not much of a Photographer, but believe me, this stuff works! It was used cleaning newly-installed kitchen floor in granite; the BEFORE (Left) and AFTER (Right) pictures tell the story. What I also like is that unlike perhaps most house-cleaning stuff that gets grime removed, HG grout and cement cleaner has no noxious smell. How I wish I’m a good photographer to really show good images of BEFORE & AFTER; I’ll buy the stuff again! Thanks, TOLA.
