Absolutely Fun!
First one I purchased wasn't responding as well as I had expected, but I was contacted by the vendor and they sent me a replacement.I am truly impressed with the customer service provided by Potensic! I have purchased and reviewed many products here on Amazon, but this has been by far the best experience ever! Now to the A20 review:It is fun to fly! Setting it up is easy, unlike other drones in this price range. It actually has a small "on/off" button on the rear of the drone located above the plug terminal. While this might seem trivial, it is a very nice feature. Other drones in this price range have no on/off switch and automatically turn on when you plug in the battery cable. Having the switch, in my opinion, prevents you from constantly having to pull on the battery cable to turn the drone on or off.The controller communicates with the drone quickly. That makes pairing and setup extremely simple. I seriously don't think it can get any easier than this!If you are new to drones, my suggestion is to first fly the A20 in a large indoor place. The rear of the drone shines a small red light, front has a light green light. In terms of flying, I found that it works quite well. The cool thing is that the round protectors surrounding the tiny proppelors protects it from most common impact damage. After a few landing/take-off practices I was able to land it on a small target every time!Speaking of landing, there is a small button on the controller that gently and automatically lands the drone. If you are flying and start to panic (thinking it is about to crash), just press that button and it will land gently! While I used this button several rimes when I was first learning how to use the A20, I now land it well using only the joystick controllers. In terms of battery life, it will last for around 5 to 6 minutes. While it would be nice to have the option of a spare battery, I'm ok with just charging it as it doesn't take very long to completely charge again.I work with several students and have let them use the A20, some have never flown a drone before. Within only a few minutes they are flying the A20 and controlling it very well! Compared to other drones I let them use, they all preffer the A20 for its simplicity of use and its responsiveness. I am in the process of starting a drone club for middle school students, and I am considering purchasing a few more A20s. The kids love them, they are easy to use, durable and safe to fly indoors! While I am very happy with the A20, I am even more impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Potensic! I wish all other vendors on Amazon were as professional as Potensic!

Amazing all around
I don't write many reviews and I'm actually skeptical of reading them lately. It seems like someone is always getting paid behind the scenes for a glowing review. Anyway, I'm not one of those. That said, I have a much larger and much more expensive drone that I have fun with at my local park. One thing it is not good for is flying in the house. So I ended up getting this drone because of the great reviews. I can tell you that it lives up to the hype. I've learned to fly it under chairs, through obstacle courses, and just about anything else my kids can think up. It's a blast. One thing I cannot get it to do is a flip. I don't even think this one can do that. No biggie. The drone works great in headless mode and reacts extremely well to the remote. All that said, I should mention that one or more of the motors went out and I'm not even six months in. I looked to see if you can buy one like the manual says. Nope. No luck. None in stock, nor any indication it ever was. Most people would probably give up and just call it a loss. I on the other hand wrote the company and wanted to see if they would honor their warranty. True to their word, they did. I sent them the required video showing them the issue. Once verified, they sent me a brand new one in the box. I must live close to them because I received it less than 48 hours later. Ironically, I received it faster than the original shipment from you know who. Many of you know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I'm back to flying it daily and having a blast with my little ones. Please note, that once you get a replacement you are no longer under warranty. This price is good and even if it only lasts another 6 months I think it is worth it. I think my first one was just a fluke and I'm not too worried about it. Hope this review helps someone.

Pretty good value for the price, but has limitations
I think this product is best suited for kids, or adults who want to play around with a drone casually. It is pretty easy to learn, though the controls do have a learning curve. The 3 "speed" modes offer a good balance between very slow and controllable to quick, nimble, and potentially unstable. I personally find the default level of "2" to be fine for maneuvering around in tighter areas while the highest level of "3" is the most fun. Level "1" is for absolute beginners and children in my opinion as the controls respond like molasses.Overall, I think the price is right for what you get and I can definitely recommend this for kids and those adults who want to play with a drone casually. If you have any potential interest in a drone with a camera or doing any "intermediate" or "advanced" maneuvering, you will quickly tire of this drone.I have two main criticisms for this drone.1. The battery only lasts for around 6-7 minutes at best in my use case2. The remote controller and/or onboard flight controller are poor at maintaining any direction (Z, Y, Z, and yaw mostly). For the size of the drone, I can forgive the short flight time. The battery has to be small in order to keep weight down. However, the battery is always quite warm to the touch when removing it after a session to charge. Even if the batteries are rated for the high load that is put on them, I expect a short lifespan and to start seeing bloating at some point soon if I continue frequent use.The flight control is my main issue. It will drift forward and back, left and right, up and down randomly. Using the remote controller to move in the X or Y axis often results in the altitude and yaw (rotation or direction the drone is pointing) changing too. No matter how much I mess with the initial calibration or dial in compensation when in flight, the moment any other input is used, the compensation goes right out the window and it starts drifting again. It is almost like the remote controller has joystick "drift" or no deadzone when resting in the center. This makes navigating this drone in any tight spot or obstacle quite a chore and requires constant correction.
