Not so hot if pipes come up through cabinet floor.
Here's the problem. If you cut it to go around pipes coming up through the floor, any major leak is going to drain right down around those pipes. Due to a series of circumstances, I haven't tried to install this until now - several months after the return window closed, so I'm hosed. But, keep these issues in mind should you consider ordering this item.

Perfect Fit, No Cutting
My under sink space was about standard for most kitchen cabinets, still, I was surprised at how well it fit. Looks very nice too. Just had a kitchen remodel and decided to keep our under sink area protected from water and spills. I think this mat will fill the bill. I got a good price also, which always helps. Highly recommend these mats.
