Changing my review to 5 stars; had excellent help from Xgaming seller directly, and they were able to figure out my issues. This monitor is awesome, and I just had some settings messed up initially. Very nice display for the price.

Bought this for my son and he has had zero complaints. Using the HDMI it works fine, but when using display port, it flickers and does weird things. I do not think it is the monitor though, I just do not think Microsoft can figure their software out since my computer does the same with D-Port and it all different hardware.

I've never written a review for bad products nor have I returned something so fast. The monitor is a complete scam and is dropped and shipped off a Chinese website (you can find their website by going to their store page and going to their Instagram where there is a link to their "official store page") The monitor screen does not offer 99% RGB its more like 12%, the colors are so faded that it's not even playable for gaming. On top of all that the screen allows you to use the "2K 165Hz" resolution by using the display port only and HDMI only will enable you to use 1080P 60 Hz. The power cable is like one of those computer power supply wires and a brick with a thinner cable. The cable to plug into the monitor is like for the fish tank pumps or the wire for cheap RGB lights. Before anyone asks, yes I have tried to change the color settings, only in HDMI was I able to change the color settings on the monitor, however, I was able to change it in the Nvidia control panel. The Qhd they offer doesn't even look like Qhd instead it looks like 1080p or 720p at best.Save your money peopleTLDR: The screen is washed out, Offered regulation is only achievable by the display port, and color settings on the monitor can't be changed when plugged in with the display port. Power cable is like for one of those fish tanks/cheap RGB lightsI can not emphasize this enough SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.Please get one of those name-brand monitors with IPS and don't cheap out.

This thing is great at this price. Can't be beat.

I was a little leary about purchasing a "no name" monitor with these specs. In fact I fully expected I would be reutrning it shortly after receiving it, but I have been pleaseanlty surprised. A few caveats before the review, this is a sub $200 monitor and I will be will grading it based on that fact. This is not equivalent to a $500+ gaming monitor. The 5 star rating is primarily because it performs as good as or better than other monitors in it's price range. I would challenge you to find another 27" QHD, IPS, 165 Hz monitor at this price range. The picture is nice, the colors are decent, and the panel was flawless. I purchased this for a budget gaming rig for my oldest daughter and admittedly was trying to make it as "budget" as possible so she could still play Fortnite at a decent resolution and framrate. This monitor has been surpisingly up to the task. For the price, I dont think I could've aksed for more. However there are a few negatives, but nothing that would stop me from purchasing it again. It has built in speakers, which are pretty bad, the sound is hollow and distorted, this didn't matter for our build as my daughter uses a gaming headset and I imagine most people interested in this monitor would as well. The build quality is just OK, everything is plastic except for the base/stand, which feels like it is made of cast iron, but regardless, it is heavy enough the monitor doesnt feel like it will tip over. The monitor doesn't feel cheap, but no one will mistake it for premium either. The LED lights on the back cannot be controlled, they are the same rainbow colors all the time, would've been nice to adjust them. If you are on a tight budget and want a very decent quality monitor, this is a great option. It had a $25 off coupon when I purchased it and I feel like I got an exceptional bargain. Just remember to use your savings on a gaming headset.

When I purchased this monitor it only had 2 reviews (still does) and the price was super cheap (~$170) so I figured there was no way this was real. But I was wrong! This is an excellent monitor for the price.Among other things that will go understated is the inputs -- this monitor has 2 HDMI 2.0 ports and 2 DisplayPort 1.4 ports. And as far as I can tell *ALL* of them will run at high refresh rate. I've tried both an HDMI port (144hz) and the DisplayPort connection (165hz). This is better than the monitor I'm replacing and the old monitor was way more expensive!I've only used the monitor for 1 day so I cannot speak to any long term quality of the monitor but so far I really like it!I'm attaching pictures to show that the monitor is real and that it has those 4 input ports which was really important to me. In the 3-monitored picture the new one is the one on the left side.

This is actually pretty great monitor. I ended up returning it. I found a MSI 1440 P for around the same price and it came with a little bit more features but overall never had an issue with it was a great monitor.
