Disappointed
I bought mine a year ago and already it doesn't work , very disappointed given the price I would have expected it to last longer !!

Looks beige like it's ex display.. Plug not great but reliable product use it daily
Bought the white one and very disappointed in the colour! The top seems beige!! It's like it's an ex display model as new. It doesn't look nice . The top is beige off white and the bottom brilliant white, looks odd. Disappointed expected more from something shipped by Amazon. I didn't like the plug either, very fiddly. It's a european connection so you need to get a Uk adapter and the connection is very on and off.Having said this I have been using it most days for months and it's reliable. I even bought another but from Selfridges in piano black (more expensive) which came with a proper UK plug for another room. They are a good product !

No adapter supplied !
The diffuser is lovely ( I have another already that I bought from a different supplier) - however the diffuser has a 2 pin plug and no adapter was supplied unlike the last purchase so you then need to go and purchase one . This is not made clear when ordering !
