Mixed Glitter and Luster
This set of edible glitter is made in Chian for a German company. Each vial comes with a twist of lid and flip up cover that reveals a built-in shaker. Marketed as edible glitter, in reality, it is 4 glitter, 8 luster dust. I prefer luster, but if you only want glitter you would be disappointed. First, the glitter: very fine particulates, much more delicate than you can buy in US craft stores and more uniform sizes. Didn't melt on my marzipan like some do. No flavor or discernable texture while eating. Glitter colors were red, yellow, orange, and green. The luster colors are teal, blue, purple, silver, gold, and black. Dang are these pretty. The teal alone is worth the purchase price - nearly a two tone peacock shimmer. Just stunning. Black has a bit of a silver undertone which is unusual and gorgeous. Luster has buildable coverage, and a lovely sheen.I only took a star off since if you were looking for actual food glitter, you aren't getting much of it. If the colors were labeled differently and sold individually, easy 5 stars.

Vibrant, a little goes a long way, and easy to clean.
These have a great set of highly vibrant colors sure to make any creation great! I used these for holiday cake houses (and their little trees respectively) and each came out perfect and photo ready! I love how you can see the glitter even in a still photo. I attempted to make lights but it is a bit difficult to work with since it's just jars of power. So you may need some decorating tools (or just some toothpicks). All in all I'm super happy with this set and whenever I run out I'll definitely be getting more! I recommend.

Not as described
This item shows a picture of gold items but when I received it, it was yellow. It does not mix well and it definitely not gold and does not shimmer. This was a waste of money and I am a little irritated that I cannot return it.

Beautiful and shiny luster, dust!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered and received the Edible Luster Dust set of 12. Colors. This is a metallic food grade dusting powder/edible glitter that can be used for many things: Candy Making, Gormet Chocolate Making, Coloring of Alcohol/Drinks, and what I use it for, cookie and cupcake decorating with the grandkids! This Luster Dust by the LIMINO store arrived in great condition with all content intact and individually sealed. This set included 12 vibrant colors in a wonderful metallic finish. I especially love the red white and blue, and will be using them for our Fourth of July celebration! This luster dust has no taste and smell to it, which is important so it does not clash with the flavor of whatever you are making. Each color is in a small container with a screw off lid and a silicone shaker that can be opened or closed. This extra step of having the silicone stopper ensures when you take the lid off the dust will not fly everywhere. And if you’ve worked with luster dust before you know, what a mess that can be! This dust is made from food grade ingredients so it’s safe to use. It states it is GMO/gluten/dairy/nut free which is very important to know when baking items for others. So many people have allergies or are sensitive to those items. Another bonus, it’s completely sugar-free. Very important to know if you’re preparing items for people who are on a keto-based plan.I have used this luster dust two ways. Using a stencil, I shake the powder, very lightly, onto whatever I’m decorating. I go over the area very slowly until it has the coverage I want. It has a great glitter-like effect when used this way. I also have used it on sugar cookies, that have a hardened royal frosting on them. I shake a little either directly on the cookie or onto something else and then using a soft brush, smooth it onto the top of the cookie. You can use your finger also. What you wind up with is a very shiny metallic finish! It’s beautiful. If you run the dust only lightly you create like a watercolor effect on the cookies. I am very impressed and happy with this product. The bottles are small, but carry a big punch. Meaning a little goes a very long way. This is a product that is priced very reasonable and will last a very long time. The expiration date on my box of luster dust was 2027 which means this product is fresh. I will have great fun creating things with my grandkids this summer!

Great powders
These are very fine powders, and the colors are quite bright. There's a surprising amount in each of the little jars - as someone who's never used this type of glitter/powder, I have learned a little goes a long way. There's no taste/smell to it, so you can add them to pretty much anything without impacting taste.I let my sister borrow them for my niece's birthday party she was throwing, and she loved them for the cupcakes. She has indicated that I may not get them back soon, she likes them so much (and bakes so much)

Perfect for “Potions”
My 5yo son loves making science experiments and “potions” for health and love etc, these paired with koolaid or mio literally make the PERFECT safe “potions” for his big imagination. A little goes such a long way with these!

Ça donne de la couleur au drink
Je suis impressionné, ça ne prend pas une grosse quantité pour donner de la couleur et faire un effet auprès des invités,

I love the idea of this
While the product is really cool. We sprinkled it on rice krispie balls on a stick. It didn't sparkle or glitter. It looked like a 3 year old made them.
