Septekon does it again!!!! This is my second camera I have bought from this company and I love both so much. The quality of this one is incredible especially for the low price. It was super easy to set up, just plug it in, scan the qr code on the camera and show the camera the qr code on your phone and it's connected in less than 5 minutes. I am so amazed at how clear this camera is its incredible, being able to zoom in on the app and see things close up is great. Only thing I have noticed is when the camera changes to the red infrared camera you can hear a little click of it changing back and forth but that's nothing to be worried about especially since it's for outdoor use. Overall I highly recommend this and plan on buying another.

I put one camera outside, and after it rained the camera no longer works. The rest of the cameras work well. The company has offered me a replacement for the one that malfunctioned.

The have great video but don't store but a couple video n if u purchase there plan with cloud storage it only saves 7 days of video n Also u can only have 3 camera on that plan not 4. So if u buy a 4 pack 1 camera won't b on that plan inles u stend another $80 a year.

So I am constantly repairing it.. Also in the live feed it shows images from previous videos in the background..

Excellent little WiFi camera that is a cinch to set up. Nice basic features with zoom and night vision and has a very good picture quality.After sales service was really good when I had a little problem.Would highly recommend for the price.

Set up was fairly straightforward, although instructions could be better. Good picture and coverage. Alerts are very sensitive to weather, even when adjusted to low they are triggered by rain. Person identification is average in daylight, poor in darkness.Biggest issue is recording. When saving to sd card recordings are short, with no ability to adjust them. Worse though, is that you can only view Sd card recordings for 2 days, 7 if you subscribe to an online ‘protection plan’. After this they show as a still in the alert system but not playable. It is possible, and very easy, to download video alerts during the 2 day window. ******After contacting customer service this issue has been resolved to some extent. By viewing the timeline/replay section of the device screen you can view all recordings on the Sd card. This also shows longer recording than the alert screen. Not all rosey though, as the app often fails to allow access to this section. Customer service advise ensuring camera and viewing device is on the same network, clearly not possible if viewing remotely. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app numerous times, this generally fixes the issue for a while.There is a significant delay between an alert event and notification being sent, so not possible to use as a way of communicating with someone, for instance a courier making a delivery.Overall, fair, good price, but not perfect.
