Upset, missing rod.
I bought this for my husband as a Father's Day present. It looks like a great item, but one of the racks was missing the rod where you're supposed to put the handle to lift it or put it down. It was useless.

Weak welds. Could have been a great upgrade to my grill
The media could not be loaded. Put this together and found that one of the holders for this tray was not welded on. So I guess I’m screwed
