Guitar, Right, Sunburst (16018)

I own other guitars from this company and have been well satisfied. However, this one, out of the box was not so great. Scratchy, noisy pots. I thought I would just take care of it with electronic spray but the screws for the back cover were already stripped. So I returned it. Either poor craftsmanship, poor QC, or someone had already opened it up. I love the brand, just not this guitar.

The Classic SB ticks all the boxes. First, when I opened the case, I was in awe of how beautiful it looked. My thorough inspection of the entire instrument revealed it had no flaws or defects. Tuning it was a breeze. The tuners are smooth and sure. When I plugged it in and played it, I was immediately in love with the sounds I was hearing. Clean, crunchy, classic rock, jazzy, the Seymour Duncan Humbuckers deliver great sound.Playing the Classic SB is a joy, too. Everything feels good. I am used to a slightly thinner neck. However, I am totally with the SB neck. To me, for this guitar, the neck is just right.The guitar looks, feels, and plays like a much more expensive instrument. Prestige absolutely hit it with this fantastic instrument. And I almost forgot. The case is great, as well. It must be designed to fill all the prestige guitars so it does not fit the Classic SB like a glove. However, it is a strong, solid case and the SB nestles snugly and securely inside.

Love this guitar. great playing and great sounding. The pickups are a bit noisy but they are authentic sounding P-90/soap bar Duncan's. Now first the fine folks a Amazon sent me the wrong one and to top it off it was left handed. They got the right one to me and it was worth the wait. Not to mention i got this in clearance for REALLY cheap.
