Great Quality!
The quality of the boards & magnets is amazing! They are super sturdy, clean off easily, don’t chip because of the framed edges, and the magnets actually stick! I love using these in my small reading groups!

Nice Elkonin Boxes
Product just arrived. Seems to be quality. Two things would make it 5 stars. First there are NO directions on how to use. I'm a teacher so that wasn't a problem for me but I can see persons without training on Elkonin boxes might be confused. Second. A word list would have been nice. I not sure what the boom box is supposed to represent. I created word cards and I called it music. This could be a problem for ELL persons.

Excellent tool for learning to read
This toy can be used in many different ways, from prereader-elementary. From sounding words out, spelling, syllables, and the list goes on. My preschool-aged daughter has really enjoyed the dry-erase feature with the paddle boards. Another great feature is the markers themselves. They have a nice tip similar to a pencil, have an eraser on the cap, and include a magnetic which sticks to the paddles. The red and blue foam pieces do show wear and tear easily as well the paddle does scratch. But for as much use as we get out of it, this set is worth it.

When I went to get the package off the porch, it had been ripped open. My items were still in it.

Super tool for Sound Boxes
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t expecting much when ordered, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this set. Upon opening all were packaged well. Each paddle has a plastic edge to keep it sturdy. Seems like good quality . Easy to write and erase. The magnets work well on the product. As a reading interventionist I am excited to use these. Not quite as excited about some of the pictures included (long vowels, irregular spellings), but they are a good idea and could easily make my own to add. 6 paddles included and 6 pens with erasers. Great product!! Just wish it was a tad cheaper since I try to keep my class costs down. Very happy overall.
