Are these shoes good for all day standing?

I'm on my feet all day with these and they're fine. But then I have orthotics in them that I got from a podiatrist that were laser-mapped to match the soles of my feet. But my prior shoes (with the same orthotic inserts,) were Brooks Ghost running shoes - some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, but not very durable for everyday work - and these Sketchers are just as comfortable as those were.

I would like to equip all of my shoes with the exact same soles that come in these shoes so please someone send me in the correct direction

I would either ask Sketchers if they have extra insoles for your shoes. They do sell nice gel insoles in Walmart and other stores.

Don't buy, bad quality

This shoes are bad quality. Yes might be comfortable for a while but only a few months later having them. The insouls are completely worn out and the soul of the shoe is completely falling off.
