Bought this for my home office setup, as I needed 2 hdmi ports and a variety of connections as well as pass through charging for my laptop.This does it all and has generally worked flawlessly.However after about 6 months it did just stop working altogether - the peripherals connect stopped connecting to laptop. I contacted Anker customer service, and after a couple emails, some photos taken and a week later, a brand new fully working unit arrived, which has so far remained fully operational.Well done Anker for looking after your customers.

2 x 4k @ 60Hz is hard to find at this price

Expensive but good quality and does what it says on the tin. Metal construction and works as advertised with a single 4K@60Hz display from a MacBook Pro. The other ports also work as advertised. It would be better if it supported at least 2 4K@60Hz displays.

A little worried at the beginning when the computer comes out of sleep mode not all connected monitors would come on (I have two external monitors connected). I swapped out the HDMI cables for brand new ones and the issue was resolved.Overall great product.

Anker products never disappoints

It always requires to reconnect hub to laptop to detect extended monitor despite its already connected.

Does everthing it says in the description. Realy good that it charges my device at the same time.

It is a great device, I have my laptop connected to three monitors, a keyboard, mouse and webcam going through the dock.However, I have found that it doesn't work, with a USB headphone/Mic. You can hear the audio from the computer, but when you speak, it comes out as white noise.
