A: Please check [Settings]-[Bluetooth]-[X8] to make sure to set the 'Device Type' of X8 to 'Speaker'. Then check the volume on your device and press the VOL+ button to increase the volume.This should resolve the issue of low sound.

**Q: Can I answer the phone through the speaker?**
A: Yes, this Bluetooth speaker is designed with a built-in microphone, so you can answer incoming calls through it. After the call ends, the speaker will resume playing music.

**Q: Unable to connect the device automatically.**
A: 1. The product needs to manually connect to Bluetooth when the first time you use it. It automatically goes back to the last paired Bluetooth device when next time.

**Q: Why the second device cannot pair with Bluetooth Speaker?**
A: When you use two devices simultaneously with the same Bluetooth speaker, you need to disconnect the speaker on first device before connecting the second one. This will ensure that the second device can properly connect and function with the speaker.
