Product exactly as expected. Easy and quick to assemble. The weight in the track does get stuck on occasion when you first start using it but after some use seems to run a bit smoother. Harder to use then the videos make it look, but you can definitely feel the workout after 10-15 minutes. The only negative I can say, it is loud. Th clicking can be heard across the house. But just like when my car makes weird noises, I just turn the music up a lot louder, and problem solved. Overall, I’m not mad about this “tiktok made me buy it” product.

Easy to put together and use. Need a little rhythm but should be good for anyone. A little noisy so not perfect but that's really the only complaint. Comes with a belt thing so you don't get pinched which works well. Definitely recommend! Super fun and easy

Great packaging and product appears to be of good quality. Didn't fit my body type like I was hoping. I put it on my daughter w/ a smaller waist and it came apart multiple times as she tried to swing her hips. Third time is a charm, my son loves it and has been using it for about 15 minutes straight without it coming apart. It made our workout time fun for sure. With some practice both of my kids are wnjoying the exercise now.

I'm the one who really can't hula hoop. However, this is really easy to use and it has small ball, which seems to improve the effectiveness of movement when moving. When using it, you need some space..It takes up less space when storing and carrying around.

I didn't feel like this was doing anything for me at all. It was boring(lol), loud, and uncomfortable. I returned mine so I'm not sure if I would've made any progress with it, but I didn't have any soreness after use except for the soreness around my waist where it was sitting against my body. It wasn't too hard to take apart to add or remove pieces but someone with arthritis or hand pain probably wouldn't be able to do it.

Not as easy as it looks

Bought this thinking it'd be really easy to use, and was very disappointed.It is easy to put together, but you have to have it flush against you for it to kind of work. Once I had the proper amount of links it was actually painful to wear. It also doesn't rotate as it's supposed to. Gets stuck on everything and doesn't go around the track as smooth as it should. Got it going pretty good at one point but I was practically in a split and was swaying almost frantically. You're supposedly supposed to be able to move like you would with a normal hoola hoop, but that is not the case.Would not recommend to anyone and will be returning.

used it for one time and the roller that is attached to the weight, busted... blew out like a tire on an 18 wheeler.
