I want the Bona mop the wet pads fit

The Bona Wet Cleaning Pads are compatible with any of our Bona Mops. The mop base is the same for all of them and is safe for use on flooring surfaces that are sealed or finished and have no wax or oil. The Velcro will hold the Wet Cleaning Pad to the mop.

How is this Bona mop Bona Mop WM710013358  different from  Bona Mop WM710013348?

The 3348 has a spray bottle attached to it so it makes it easier to spray on spots on the floor before cleaning them. The 3358 has a spray bottle separate so you have to manually spray the spot then mop it up.

Question 3

After applying high gloss, if I feel it's too glossy and want to change to low gloss, is it possible from the next time I apply?

Bona Low Gloss Polish can be applied at the correct application rate on top of our High Gloss Polish once the Polish has full cured (24 hours). One 32oz. bottle of Polish covers 500 sq. ft. In other words, if coating 500 sq ft you will use one full bottle of Polish. Use no more than every 2-4 months or longer to keep floors looking their best.

Always refer to the instructions before using the Polish. Be sure to do a TEST AREA in a sunny spot with the Low Gloss Polish to assure you are pleased with the sheen level provided prior to coating the entire floor. You will have final results in your test area 24 hours from application.
 
Below please find our recommendations on how to polish your floors:
•	Start with a clean floor using Bona Cleaners. If unfamiliar with cleaning products previously used on the floor, Bona recommends using Bona PowerPlus Deep Clean and Bona PowerPlus Microfiber Deep Clean Pad to remove any cleaner residue.
•	Remove furniture, rugs, etc. and vacuum, sweep or dust mop the floor. 
•	Attach a dedicated blue Bona Microfiber Cleaning Pad to the bottom of your Bona Mop. 
•	Gently rock the Polish bottle back and forth for 30 seconds. 
•	It is very important to measure your floor before applying the polish. 
•	Do a small TEST AREA first before applying the Polish throughout your floor. 
o	One bottle of the 32oz. Polish only covers 500 sq. ft., 24oz. Polish only covers 350 sq. ft. 
o	If you have a 10x12 foot room - you will use about a 1/4 of the 32oz. bottle.
•	Start in a small manageable area and squirt the polish from the bottle directly onto the floor.
•	Spread the polish going with the grain using a dedicated blue Bona Microfiber Cleaning Pad on the bottom of your Bona Mop. You will want to keep the pad damp with Polish to help reduce streaking.
•	After applying the polish wash out your Microfiber Pad immediately to remove polish residue. 
•	After 1 to 2 hours, depending on humidity, you may walk on the floor in your stocking feet.
•	Cure time is 24 hours. After this time, replace furniture, allow heavy traffic and pets. 
•	Use no more than every 2-4 months or longer to keep floors looking their best.

Question 4

Mop head keeps falling off while in use. How do you keep it on?  Velcro holds . The entire head falls off.

I bought one of these and had this happen immediately. If you're having the entire mop plastic part fall off, chances are your handle/stick is assembled wrong. Look for the piece with long oval holes and attach that to the mop attachment. The rest have circlular holes. The rest will fit together and the mop head won't fall off anymore.
