gorgeous tasting delicious syrup which is going down a treat and will def have to buy more v soon
husband loves it madly and putting it on everything especially breakfast cereal and will buy more soon

A great ingredient
I bought this to substitute for golden syrup in ginger cake recipes. It's thick and dark and really has a great flavour, whereas golden syrup is just sweet. I'm sure you can use this for other things but for me, I'd buy it just for my dark gingerbread, a favourite in autumn and winter.

Lovely syrup
Great flavour and consistency. Only negative comment if it's negative, I'd prefer a squeezy bottle to a jar as the jar tends to get sticky after a while.

Jar seal broken and had leaked out into box. No return or refund offered. Waste of money

I make energy balls with it, using crushed almonds, coconut and date syrup.I always loved this brand of date syrup and had it growing upShout out to the Iraqis that grew up with it (so great when you mix it with Tahini)

Not a Date to Remember
I was really looking forward to this but the lid was not sealed and it had leaked, obviously I will not be having any and it has gone into the bin. Luckily I was able to get a refund.

Beautiful Flavour, great on cereal instead of sugar
Use instead of sugar, lovely taste. Long lasting as you only need a small amount on your spoon.
