Great value
Does what it says on the tin.Easy to operate. Just had to run 4 segments (through the attic) and needed to verify the connectors/cable were sane. Works like a champ.

Totally worth buying!
Affordable and good quality product. Multi features such as checking the PoE power, Ethernet Port Connections etc. Comes with a nice pouch and additional cables. I totally recommend this product to anyone looking for some portable RJ45 connection tools.

It works...
What i like was it gives the info i was looking for. What I dislike was the instructions are not very clear for the DYI should put more step by step instructions. But was able to figure it out after a while.

It works
I got this because I was wiring up some security cameras around the house and I'm not exactly a pro network installer. I needed to make sure that the ethernet cables I was making were terminated correctly. The instructions could be better--I wound up having to go to youtube to see how these things are supposed to work. Once I actually figured out how to use it I was able to make sure that everything was getting connected correctly, and it saved me a few headaches where I accidentally swapped some wires and I was able to fix it before permanently installing the ethernet cable in my ceiling! That alone was worth the price

Works good, great price
I am getting ready to install some PoE security cameras and wanted to monitor connectivity and poweI have not yet been able to use it for that but I have tested some regular ethernet cables and patch cords. It is easy to use and eliminates a lot of guess work. Once I am able to test my PoE setup I will update the review but I don't expect any issues.

A very easy to use network tester with POE capability
I work in technology and am a big fan of hardwiring network cables in my house to maximize bandwidth. If I was a project manager, I would probably be happy with wireless, but I often need the full capability of my gigabit internet service. One of the issues I run into is testing network cables and network runs. I have had a cheap network tester for some time, but with the addition of a POE extension network for the video cameras mounted on the front of my house, it hasn't been easy. My old network tester was not rated for POE, so this was a nice tester to acquire. This tester is really easy to use. The menu is extremely easy to read and select what test you are trying to accomplish. I snap the ends on my own cables, so I really like the visual representation of the correct pin to pin connections. If you have a wire crossed, or not connected, it is easy to see which one. This is really important when testing in wall runs to see if I wired the ports correctly.Overall, this is a reasonably priced network tester that is easy to use.

Gracias.
