Chicken Licken (My First Fairy Tales)

Bought this book for granddaughter as she is writing a story in her class based on this book. She has just gone into year 2. Her 4 brother loves it and so does their 3 year old cousin. I would say entertains a wide range of ages. Definitely recommend ! Fantastic story

Good quality print, my 3 year old loves it, sentences are written in a wide and clear manner that she reads easily. I think i will get the whole set for her, since she loves this one.

This is such a fun fresh take on a classic tale with bright, engaging illustrations, and rhythmic text for reading aloud. I'll never get tired of seeing Chicken Licken hopping through the kingdom in those red polka-dot rain boots. As a mom who's asked to read favorite stories over and over again ("Again!"), saying that I won't get tired of this one is a supreme compliment! ;)

Bought for my granddaughter but really for me 😉 I love this story and now so does she. We have to re-enact the story most times I see her. The pictures and literature are just as I imagined and interesting for those little ones that lose interest in certain books halfway through, so you find your reading it to yourself!!It certainly keeps their attention span.
