I've never used a natural shampoo before, but I recently decided to stop using sulfates and silicones in order to help tame my hair a little bit. I really, really like this stuff. I've used it 4 times now (I wash every other day, so it's been roughly a week), and my hair feels softer already. I can't wait to keep using it and see just how much better my life is without SLS and silicone. This comes in a pump bottle, but I found for my medium (chin-) length hair that I typically need somewhere between one and two pumps per wash. Using this shampoo is a little different than your typical drugstore shampoo. With a lot of other shampoos, when you lather the first time you get a pretty good amount of suds, and then when you repeat you get an even thicker foam. This shampoo takes that to the extreme. The first time you lather, not much happens. I was actually really disappointed--it was hard to spread through my hair, leaving parts of it feeling dry and other still dirty/oily. But when I repeated, it foamed like crazy! Way more than a regular shampoo would. You definitely have to lather, rinse, and repeat to get the full effect. Aside from that, the experience is very similar to standard shampoo. The shampoo says to leave it on for 2 minutes, which I found unnecessary. Maybe it helps for the "thickening" that it claims, but it gets your hair clean without that. The smell is great, very woodsy and herbaceous. You can definitely smell the rosemary in it. As far as cons go, I have little to report. It's expensive for the amount of product you get, but it isn't outrageous. It also made my hair feel extra prone to tangling in the shower, but I was able to detangle with some conditioner and it wasn't a problem. If you have a real tough time with tangles, be extra careful while lathering.

This shampoo... hey, I'm an older guy Okay? I've been around a Long time with the same pain the the behind hair. Very fine, no body or wave.... just super fine straw, okay? All I can do is be very careful how I wash it, use a good amount of some kind of dippity do gunk to hold it in place, or I end up looking like Moe Howard from the Three Stooges. Actually I end up looking like Moe anyway. NOTHING has ever worked for me, and I've been to great salons... heck I even dated Stylists who owned their own salon twice in my life. So, I've used the best "products", had meticulous haircuts, the whole thing and ended up looking like one of the Stooges. This shampoo... I've only used it once, so if it changes I'll come back, but today I had someone else's hair. No exaggeration. Full... beautifully shiny and thick... and FREAKING Manageable! Unbelievable people. I'm sitting here feeling my hair and instead of the stiff, straight, dead grass I used to have, this feels like Sable and Silk mixed together or something. I just bought another bottle in case the price goes up due to my review. Plus, it has all the ingredients which I already know help keep my hair from thinning and falling out. — My greatest compliments to this company. I really love it when I find a great company, and you guys are on my list of only about 4 or 5. HERE'S A GREAT TIP— I read reviews about it not lathering enough. What you want to do is start by rinsing your hair for a much longer time than just getting it wet. THEN pump out one or two pumps and it lathers like mad. At least it did for me. And speaking of that, my hair is my hair. Yours is yours— they're all different. So maybe you won't go stark raving mad for your hair like I have after using this shampoo. But I guarantee it's worth trying. You might go nuts too!

I love the shampoo! It has helped in regrowth of my hair and makes it soft and shiney. I have my friend a bottle of the shampoo and a bottle of the conditioner. She is trying it to help with regrowth of her own hair. So far she says she likes it, but, is not seeing a difference in the thickness of her hair. Hopefully it will "kick in" soon!I love the fact that after using ONE time, my head does not itch! No matter what I have used in the past, no matter how long I rinsed my hair, my head would always itch. The first time I used the shampoo, my head did not itch. This was very impressive to me! Continuing to use it and still have no itching. THANK YOU for a product that works for me!! Definitely recommend! Hair thickening, growing and scalp moisturizing. Refreshing. Really makes my hair soft, helps to stimulate it to grow, and helps with dandruff. I like to have the Peppermint shampoo and conditioner for morning showers. Helps to wake me up!! I love to have the Lavender shampoo and conditioner for evening showers. Helps me relax and wind down after a hectic day!! I found these products when I was losing hair and my hair had stopped growing. In less than 1 year, my hair has thickened slightly, and grown 4 inches! I LOVE these products!!!!

I have been using this shampoo now for over a week and love the scent of it. It is fresh and light. It works well in my hair and gentle on my scalp. My hair is long and extremely fine. It gets oily quickly and I struggle to find a shampoo that works well. This is a great product to add to my hair care regiment. I use it twice a week and it helps remove buildup and seems to be making my hair stronger, healthier and have less breakage.

I love this product. I am sensitive to most shampoos but this did not give me any itchiness at all. My hair feels clean and light. I don't have that waxed feeling. I've noticed that my hair has looked healthier since I've been using it!

A little goes a longgg way (one pump does the trick for me as I have short hair). Foams easily and my scalp feels clean after every use. A tad on the pricey side, true, but the quality is definitely there.

I liked how this shampoo has made my hair felt smoother and healthier. At first, I was using a lot and it seems to dry my hair out then I learnt that you have to use less for it to be effective. It does not lather that much but even so it cleanses without you knowing it. You just have to trust it's cleansing power. More lather does not equal to more effective cleaning. That's what I learned of this shampoo. Less is more!
