Review: This stand is genius! - I just felt it right to mention I have this stand and I’ve gigged as a busy drummer for a long while! I have had this stand for 20 years! Still works! I’m going to get a new one this year just as a back up on my next tour but buy this stand! It is something else!!! Review: Good quality item - This is a heavy bit of kit - I decided I wanted to go for an investment rather than something I would have to replace in a few years, and this is certainly that! Probably not ideal as an orchestral side drum stand as it doesn't extend particularly high; it'll be fine for me but it's probably better used in a kit situation. All joins and screws nice and smooth, and I like the black. It might chip over time, but I plan on looking after it so hopefully it'll serve me well! Overall - good quality bit of hardware and it looks cool. ## Features - Snare Drum St with Double-Braced Legs - Offset Omni Ball Tilter - Clamp Memy Lock - Black ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00K544J6C | | Base Type | Leg | | Best Sellers Rank | 33,399 in Musical Instruments & DJ ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments & DJ ) 27 in Snare Stands | | Brand | Mapex | | Brand Name | Mapex | | Colour | Black | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 113 Reviews | | Finish Type | Painted | | Finish type | Painted | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00845598090541 | | Is Assembly Required? | No | | Item Dimensions | 42.3 x 15.5 x 15.1 centimetres | | Item Shape | X-Shape | | Item Type Name | Snare Drum Stand | | Item Weight | 2.27 kg | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 42.3 x 15.5 x 15.1 centimetres | | Item weight | 2.27 kg | | Manufacturer | Cascio Interstate Music | | Material | Metal | | Model Number | S800EB | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Levels | 1 | | Part Number | S800EB | | Riser Color | Black | | UPC | 845598090541 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Mapex - **Colour:** Black - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 42.3 x 15.5 x 15.1 centimetres - **Item weight:** 5 Pounds - **Material:** Metal ## Images ![Mapex S800EB Armory Double Braced Snare Stand - Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61g6sQ3VawL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: How big of a drum can this stand hold? 12" to 14" in diameter?** A: I use several 14" snares and it would definitely work for a 13" I will have to check a 12" as I only have toms that size. Without trying a tom I believe it would as it has a ton of adjustments. Great hardware best snare stand I've ever owned. **Q: How tall does it go?** A: How tall do you need it to be? It goes pretty high. **Q: Can it hold 22in handspan? Also, can you adjust the height? if so, how high and how low it can be?** A: This stand is designed for snare drums and will not adjust open far enough to accommodate an upright bass drum or gong drum. **Q: Will this hold a 14" x 8" snare drum? just bought my son a tama woodworks blackedout black snare drum as "one" of his christmas presents.** A: Absolutely it will fit. I have the same size snare on this stand ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stand is genius! *by A***T on 6 October 2026* I just felt it right to mention I have this stand and I’ve gigged as a busy drummer for a long while! I got the black one which is an amazing color to get. It holds the snare perfectly, and fits the rest of the kit great. I also did manage to get it on sale, so I highly recommend it, worth every penny, great value. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mapex Armory Series Snare Stand - Black Plated - Mapex Armory Series Hi-Hat Stand - Black Plated - Mapex Armory Series Boom Cymbal Stand - Black Plated --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/53140397-mapex-s800eb-armory-double-braced-snare-stand-black](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/53140397-mapex-s800eb-armory-double-braced-snare-stand-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
