Really well made and effective. I use it when I am playing golf and it gives great support.

I bought this for my husband. It is as described. It fits well and provides a lot of support above and below the elbow but it does not provide quite enough support on the elbow joint itself. If it had some elastic support on the elbow joint, he would rate this as 5 stars. It is fully breathable so you don't get any problems with sweat or sore skin after wearing it.Having said all this, it does provide comfort and support and has reduced the pain he was experiencing.

Instant pain relief after 4 weeks of suffering

Item arrived promptly by post after ordering. Generally a good product which provides decent amount of support around the elbow joint, to the muscles and tendons. More support on the outer side of the elbow than inner, but it's the inner side where I need the support, although it seems reasonable. Only slight issue for me is that it is a universal size and the cuff which fits around the forearm is a bit on the large side. The outer flexi-strap around this section does tighten it adequately to the forearm but in doing so it causes the excess material to crease which is uncomfortable if not folded in the right way. Probably fine for those with larger physique.

Too bulky and doesn't provide any essential support

I have tennis elbow and this supported my elbow superbly.

Having contracted tennis elbow, I looked at a variety of products that would help support the offending limb until it started to improve. I wore the product just as a support and whenever I was doing anything vaguely strenuous. It has taken a while (best part of 2.5 months) but it has started to pay dividends. I am now back playing tennis and squash with little discomfort and, most importantly, few signs of degradation. I am not sure how much is down to the strap or just the natural healing process but there is an appreciable difference when wearing it on court to not wearing it therefore I suspect it is having a positive effect.4 stars rather than 5 purely due to the fact that the velcro fasteners starting to wear out after not too prolonged a usage.
