The media could not be loaded.  I bought this pair of cushion heel cups for my husband new shoes and the level of comfort and support they provide is great, my husband suffers from plantar fasciitis, and these insoles have been a game-changer in terms of relieving heel pain and discomfort.What he loves the most about these insoles is the arch support they provide. The contoured shape of the insole really cradles the foot and helps distribute his weight more evenly, which has helped reduce the pressure on his heel.The insoles are made of a soft, breathable material that feels great against my skin and doesn't make his feet sweat or overheat. They also fit perfectly inside the shoes without adding too much bulk, which is great because I can wear them with almost any type of footwear.Overall these insoles provide fast relief and excellent support, a bit pricier than some other insoles on the market, but in my opinion, they're worth every penny for the level of comfort and relief they provide.

Made my feet hurt worse

Being huge into fitness and running I’ve destroyed my poor feet. I’m one foot I have torn my plantar plate, the other foot has large bone spurs from the intense plantar fasciitis. I work as a first responder so every day that I work I throw on an extra 40lbs of gear for 12 hours sometimes walking/running over 10 miles a day while on duty. I’ve tried so many different inserts. My Husband saw these on Vine one day and got them for me. I loved them so much I bought a second pair. They don’t take all the pain away but they sure help. They fit nicely In you shoes and don’t move around! They are fantastic!

Fits in any of my athletic shoes well. The foot that doesn't have any issues I can hardly tell it's there. The foot that I have the heel spur in the ridge pushes right where it aches on the arch. Not sure if it's due to the inflammation or if the bigger size would be better. I'm able to be on my feet at work (I'm a housekeeper at a nursing home) with out the pain screaming in my foot. Just gets achy with mild pain that is tolerable. I know it's not going to cure it 100% so for what I have it works well.

Gives me more height in the back something I had to get used to at first but I’m good now fits my regular workboots.

If your condition is acute (new onset) try the exercises and the like before wasting money. This applies to Achilles tendonitis. I got this likely from over dorsiflexion in a squatted position. I forget I'm getting older and need to stretch, warm up, take it easy on my old body.Anyway mine cleared up in 7-10 days with exercises/stretches and this was a waste of money.Do not apply my non-medical personal experience without discussing with your MD....but for obvious reasons they're not returnable.

I have a constant battle with plantar fasciitis, and must wear shoes all the time with good support. These inserts were more expensive than most, but they really do work. They were worth the extra money. They do take a fair amount of room, so they don’t work well with some shoes, such as dress flats.

These made a world of difference. Was going to have surgery but changed my mind two days after wearing these in my shoes!
