If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no. You must remove the lid and attached filter to fill the bottle, then you must either squeeze or suck the water out (when cycling or working out, for example). I suppose you could tilt the bottle upside down and squeeze the water into a glass. That would work. Not exactly a "pour-through", but it accomplishes the same thing.
